Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted special larceny, etc. by this court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 30, 2016. On October 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for the purpose of intrusion into night buildings and larceny, etc. by this court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 15, 2016.
