A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:15 on March 20, 2017, within a male and female public toilet located on the second floor of C building, and (b) on the right side of the two common partitions, a person who reported in the two common partitions, was able to rape in the case of women.

Since then, the Defendant: (a) entered the front screen of the victim D (V, 20 years of age) who was in the above side partitions, reported the front door of the victim; (b) attached the victim’s shoulder by hand; (c) the victim resisted the victim; and (d) took time off the victim’s head and face from the back of the victim beyond the front of the above opening door; (d) the victim was pushed the victim’s hand to go beyond the front of the above opening door; (e) the victim was released from the front of the front of the above opening door; (e) the victim was released from the end of the front part of the body part of the victim; (e) the victim was unable to get the victim out of the front part of the body part of the victim; (e) the victim was unable to have the victim out of the front part of the body part of the crime; and (e) the victim continued to have the victim out of the entrance of the victim; (e) the victim was able to have the victim out of the front part of the crime, and (e.
