A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Customs Act, etc., and the term of imprisonment was terminated on May 20, 2014.

However, even if the defendant receives the down payment from the above victim, he did not have the intention or ability to seek the number plate for the business of the Bosch Rexroth, and he thought that he would receive the down payment and repay the defendant's obligation.

As above, the defendant deceiving the above victim and received 10 million won from the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the defendant's child on the same day from the above victim, and the defendant also stated five times in the four-time indictments from four victims, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, but the number Nos. 1 and 2 in the list of crimes falls under one fraud if considering the date, time, victim, deception, etc., so the correction shall be made to the extent that it is not likely to put disadvantages to the defendant's exercise of his right of defense.

A false statement was made that 12.5 million won will be transferred to a bank account (E) in the name of D with the purchase price of the number plate.

However, the defendant is true.
