Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by referring the victim to the “Wook kn if you want to see” while attending and speaking at the “meeting for Apartment Normalization” held by the council of occupants’ representatives in the Southern-si B Apartment-si, Namyang-si, which was held by the council of occupants’ representatives.
