A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. 2. Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with B from September 9, 2019 to May 1, 2020, arranged similar sexual intercourses in an educational environment protection zone by arranging similar sexual intercourses, such as setting up toilets, beds, etc. with the name of “C” and “D”, which is a educational environment protection zone within 70.253 meters from the boundary of the N Elementary School located in Daegu Dong-gu M, Daegu-gu, and doing so.
