Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 14:30 on February 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 14:30 on February 20, 2019, hereinafter “2019 Man-Ma605” means that the Defendant collected goods left alone on the road in front of his/her residence in the Gu office; (b) it means that “it means whether he/she would drink, Chewing impule, and bring things collected by him/her for drinking,” and (c) the construction of the Gu office and public officials of D (30 years of age) will be placed at the D’s hand in order to guide the Defendant as a counseling room, and “I will throw away the entrance of the Gu office, will throw away the Gu office building as a soft, and throw away gasoline from it.”

1. 2. Performance of official duties;
A. On February 25, 2019, around 10:10 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant collected goods, etc. on the road in front of the dwelling place of the Defendant located in Busan F and stored them on the road. However, as he was controlled as illegal things on the ground of waste left away from G (the age of 49) who is an employee of the Busan C-gu Office construction and the road management department, etc., he would have come up with G’s fingers while taking a bath.
