Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2016, the Defendant sentenced him/her to imprisonment with prison labor for special obstruction of performance of official duties at the Busan District Court on July 19, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 18, 2017.

1. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around March 20, 2019, paid the first floor livelihood security and the basic cost of living at the office located in Busan, and (b) submitted relevant documents; (c) the public official D, who is in charge, submitted relevant documents; (d) caused the public official of the above Gu office to be fluored.

On the 21th day of the same month, the defendant found himself in the above C-gu Office’s livelihood security and office, and threatened the above D with “I remove the content at the C-gu Office when he was living in the city,” which “I want to submit the related documents, 40,000 won of the disability allowances, and 40,000 won of the disability allowances,” and when D demanded the submission of the related documents, I am in their own clothes, and then I am in their own clothes, “I do not need to do so. Accordingly, the defendant carried a dog and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of public officials.

On July 19, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to one year and two months of imprisonment for a special obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 18, 2017.

2. At around 16:00 on March 15, 2019, the Defendant removed the boiler room warehouse of an amount equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price by putting away dust from the second floor of the victim F housing owned by the victim F in Busan City.
