Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced car.

On July 3, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 21:40, and proceeded three lanes near the 3-lane road in the vicinity of the intersection of the wind gate road in 386, the city of Chang-si, Seoul, by driving the said car at around 21:40, the Defendant continued three-lanes from the wind gate off to the air station of the gas station at the direction of the said intersection.

At the time of night, and in this case, since the rain was in the state of milching, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as the driver of the vehicle, by accurately manipulating the front door and the left door and the left door, and driving safely by accurately manipulating the steering wheel and brakes, etc.
