Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to the charge of forging private documents at the Sung-nam branch of the Suwon District Court on December 6, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 14, 2013.

Nevertheless, from March 15, 2012 to November 14, 2013, the Defendant engaged in waste disposal business using the trade name called D, such as, without permission of the competent authority, the remaining organic pollutants generated in the process of recycling the c and non-point c and non-point 1 lots of land from the Hanam-si from March 15, 2012, and storing waste-free oil, which is a persistent organic pollutants, in the process of recycling the c and non-point c and non-point 1 lots of land.
