Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2012, at around 22:28, the Defendant driven a BK5 car from approximately 3 km to the front of the Ansan IC in the same Gu from the front of the road in Ansan-si and the front of the road in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.104% of blood alcohol content.
