A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 11:00 on October 18, 2012, the Defendants conspired with the victim E management department in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Defendants”) to install the victim’s signboard at the location where the victim’s signboard No. 117, which is the store of the Defendants, was installed in the F section of the victim E management department in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D shop No. 205, the Defendants interfered with the victim’s dental business by sound stating that “the signboard was restored to its original state, and the head of the low president set up the signboard. He shall not receive treatment to any low-income person,” and thereby interfered with the victim’s dental business by force.

2. Around April 9, 2013, the Defendant damaged the usefulness of the victim’s signboard by removing the victim’s signboard attached on the wall surface of the first floor of the D shopping mall and installing the signboard of “G” which leased the Defendant’s store, on the ground that the victim’s signboard was installed at the location where the Defendant’s store was installed in D shopping mall No. 117, which is the Defendant’s store.
