A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2018 Highest 2119" shall keep, deliver or distribute any access medium to any third person, knowing that such medium is to be used for a crime.

Nevertheless, on February 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a request from (b) a distribution organization of a passbook under the name of (C) and received a request from (b) a request from (c) a distribution organization of a passbook; and (b) recognized that B would be used for the crime by passing it over to another person; (c) however, the Defendant transferred the passbook, e-mail card, and OTP card to B after opening the bank D and E account under the name of the company at the branch in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as a staff member of the National Bank's 457.

From that time until April 26, 2017, the Defendant transferred to B and F access media connected to 34 accounts over a total of 12 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant knowingly committed an act of delivering access media to others.

No person shall keep, deliver or distribute any access medium to any third person, knowing that it is to be used for a crime.

Nevertheless, on January 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened and transmitted a bank account in the name of ( State) from (B) that is the cause of the distribution organization of the bank passbook; and (b) recognized that the above B would be used for the crime to be transferred to another person; (c) but (d) opened a bank account in the name of the national bank in the name of the bank in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a branch office of the National Bank in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and then delivered

Accordingly, the defendant knowingly committed an act of delivering access media to others.
