A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and D’s joint criminal act established a floating legal entity, which does not actually operate by lending the name from the branch, and established a bank account in the name of the old legal entity, and opened a bank account in the name of the head of the Tong to the Defendant, and the Defendant expressed that the Defendant sold the access media received from D to the name in the Internet private gambling site, and that it divided it into D with payment of the price.
