1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from June 17, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the written evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 7-1 through 10, and 8 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on May 16, 2013 by setting the interest rate of KRW 5% per month, interest rate of KRW 16 per month, and payment period of August 16, 2013.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages at the rate of 30% per annum, which is within the limit of the interest limit under the Interest Limitation Act, from June 17, 2013 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
