Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 8, 2018, at around 23:10 on May 23:10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) caused a dispute with the victim C in the five storys of Gwangju Mine-gu, with E in a special room; (b) caused the damage to the victim’s property by putting up two strings and one strings at the market price of the victim’s ownership on his/her customer’s seat at that place; and (c) continuously destroyed the market price of the victim’s ownership on his/her toilet by leaving one strings at the market price.
