A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 2012.1, is working as a sales member by a Handphone agency with the trade name “D” in 2012.

From January 2013, "F" was transferred to a Handphone agency in net city E and continued to be a sales member.

The Defendant, using personal information of customers who subscribed to or applied for change of Handphones in the past, had raised sales performance by opening the handphones and sold the dogphones in other places.

1. On September 12, 2013, around September 12, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document and display of a falsified document: (a) recorded the name, resident registration number, and address of G, a customer who applied for a Handphone through the Defendant at the pre-existing customer information column of the new contract site at the said F Burial; (b) recorded the H’s account at the H’s national bank account where the Defendant applied for a Handphone via the Defendant in the payment method column; and (c) signed by the G’s name and signed it with the intent of exercising authority; (d) forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and obligations without authority; and (e) made it can be sent to the relevant employee via the computer network of the SK Telecom (SKT) company, and exercised it by keeping it in the said F.

2. From August 3, 2012 to September 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) forged private documents; (b) violated the Resident Registration Act; (c) uttering of a falsified document; and (d) the Defendant’s fraud, on February 15, 2013, located in the said F store for the period of time on February 15, 2013, “customer information” in the “customer information” column.
