Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A is the owner of the building Kimhae-si E (hereinafter “instant building”); Plaintiff B is the lessee of the building 405 (G Art Teaching Schools); Plaintiff C is the lessee of the building of this case; and Plaintiff C is the lessee of the building 406 (H).
The Defendant is the lessee of No. 402 and No. 403 (I.D. hereinafter “I”) of the instant building.
B. On August 13, 2013, a fire occurred in the Icheon-style corridor, 18:14, and the fire was moved to each shop of the plaintiffs and the office fixtures, movables, etc. attached to each shop of the plaintiffs were lost.

The identification and investigation of the fire of this case was conducted on the point and cause of the fire of this case, and the main parts of the results are as follows.
① Appraisal of the National Science Investigation Agency - On-site combustion is presumed to have been first launched inside the ceiling. - In addition to electric vessels of the fourth floor, the upper ceiling of the corridor adjacent to I is relatively seriously burned. There are a large number of electric distribution lines inside the ceiling, which are connected to the air condition of the I lecture room outdoor out of these electrical distribution lines, and the electric melting movements in the electrical distribution lines adjacent thereto, which are connected to the air condition of the I lecture room out of these electrical distribution lines, and which are presumed to have been first launched inside the ceiling. - In addition to the electric distribution lines inside the ceiling of the corridor which can be limited to the point of combustion, the number of electric melting tracess are identified from the electric distribution lines inside the ceiling of the corridor, or those connected to the outside room due to a serious combustion at the site, the other electric distribution lines are presumed to have been established in detail as the cause of the specific formation and the direct cause of the combustion at the ceiling of the I lecture room in front of the fire site.
