1. Facts of recognition;

Accordingly, the Defendant completed construction works.

The main contents of the contract are as follows:

Construction period: The contract amount on September 20, 201, and May 20, 201: 330,000,000 won: 62,830,980,980, 375,000 won for the installation of a freezing machine in the name of material cost, labor cost, and machinery cost, under the name of value-added tax, 62,830,980,980 won for the total of 11,250,375,000 won for the installation of a freezing machine 77,45,980 won for the underground floor of 165,69,70,700 won for the freezing machine installation of a factory, 27,000 won for 8,100,796,700 won for the 2nd,34,418,800 won for the 30,375,2005,379,207,3005 won for the 2037.

C. On November 6, 2017, around 09:30 on November 6, 2017, a fire occurred in a freezing machine installed in a two-story freezing warehouse operated by C.

At the time, C-related parties who discovered postponement completed fighting as a powder cancellation fire.

Because of fire, the facilities such as the school hackers and the hacks in the freezing warehouse have been damaged and contaminated.

In light of the fact that electric melting marks are distinguished from part of the electronic device distribution line in the case where the electric melting factors of electric power generation are set up at the freezing storage tent, it is found that the electric melting marks are not confirmed from the ghing machine electrical distribution line.
