Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a doctor who operates the "E-out hospital" in the Gu, American, and the defendant B is a person who works as the head of the office at the above hospital and is the defendant A's wife.
No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.
Nevertheless, the Defendants: (a) performed the surgery at the above hospital; (b) performed the surgery at the hospital; (c) performed the surgery at the hospital; (d) performed the surgery by assisting the surgery at the direction of the Defendant A; and (e) performed the surgery at the operating room at the fourth floor of the above hospital in July 2014; (c) performed the surgery at the hospital in order to open the surgery at the direction of the Defendant A; (d) assisted the surgery by the Defendant A; and (e) explained the matters of care after the surgery to the patient on behalf of the nurse after the surgery.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with Defendant B to perform medical practice without obtaining a license for four patients, such as patient F, from July 2014 to March 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including that Defendant B performed medical practice without obtaining a license as above.
