A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

"2012 Highly 5546"

1. On May 28, 2010, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of 2051 military units No. 2051 military units to attend the second supplementary training (8 hours) conducted by the head of the District Education Office of Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, on June 7, 2010 from the Defendant’s house located in the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

2. On May 28, 2010, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of 2051 unit 2 unit register from the Army to attend the third (4 hours) supplementary training conducted by the said head of the District Education Office on June 8, 2010 at the above head of the Defendant’s office on May 28, 2010, and did not undergo the training without justifiable grounds.

3. On June 7, 2010, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of 2051 unit 2 unit register from the Army to attend the 8th supplementary training (6 hours) conducted at the above Defendant’s office on June 16, 2010 at the above Defendant’s office, and did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

"2012 Highly 5547"

1. On October 22, 2011, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the second unit commander of the Army No. 2051 unit No. 2051 to attend the second supplementary training (6 hours) conducted by the head of the District Education Office of Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, on November 3, 2011 from the Defendant’s house located in the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

2. On November 4, 201, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of 2051 units No. 2051 units of the Army to attend the 11th supplementary training (6 hours) conducted by the head of the office of education of the Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si on November 4, 201 at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, and did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

"2012 Highly 5548"

1. On June 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) conducted at the office of the Defendant located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on June 20, 201, at the office of the Defendant, on June 20, 2011; (b) the head of the District Education Office of Ansan-dong Reserve Forces located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
