1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 10,000,000 for each of the Plaintiffs, and the same from April 22, 2015 to February 4, 2016.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The Plaintiff A served from December 16, 2008 to May 15, 2014 as a member E office of the National Assembly, a secretary equivalent to Grade VI, and a secretary equivalent to Grade V in the F Office of National Assembly Members F. The Plaintiff B served as a member of the F, a current G market. The Plaintiff B served as a secretary from January 1, 2010 to May 15, 2014, respectively. The Plaintiff B served as a member of the HA, a member of the National Assembly I Office, a member of the National Assembly J Council, a member of the National Assembly J Council, a member of the National Assembly, a member of the National Assembly K Office, a member of the National Assembly L Council, a member of the National Assembly F Office, a secretary equivalent to Grade IX, and a member of the G M’s department at present.
3) Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).
(4) On March 17, 2015, Defendant D is a corporation operating online newspaper publishing business, etc. in Incheon, and Defendant D is the representative director of Defendant Company and the publisher of Defendant Company, and Defendant Company’s reporter.
