Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on May 14, 2013, the Defendant 2013, “2013 Man-Ma-Ma873,” caused female-friendly job offering victims E (the age of 19) who are flicked in Nam-gu C at the south-gu Office of 803 on May 14, 2013, and had a horse dispute with the victim, and caused the victim by hand, the Defendant supported the victim’s left buck sub-branch one time by attaching a cigarette to the cigarette and attached a fire to the cigarette, and led the victim’s head head part with the vehicle flick. On June 11, 2013, the Defendant posted a photograph of 1 galthot on a medium-sized commodity trading bulletin to the effect that “galthot 1 will sell galthot 1” with a computer installed at the “G” bank located in North-gu, North-gu, Magalth-si, the Defendant sent a message to the victim J. applying for galthot 1:1 on June 11, 2013, stating that “galthot 1 will have one product of galthot and send the product to the victim J. who made an application for galthot 1:1 on deposit of money.”

However, at the time, the Defendant did not possess one product at the time, and the product photographs attached to the comments were stolen by the Defendant from other sellers’ posts, so there was no intention or ability to send the above product even if the Defendant received money from the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 200,000 from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (K) in the name of the Defendant on the same day. From around that time to August 19, 2013, the Defendant received totaling KRW 7,423,00 from the victims in the same way as indicated in the attached crime list through the same 28 times in total, as shown in the attached crime list.
