A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant and the victim C (the age of 38) came to know that they were conducting hostings on Internet Diveting “E” created by the Defendant around 13:00.

1. From around 14:00 to around 16:30 on July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken pictures of the victim’s mobile phone images using Samsung Gallona in Daejeon Daejeon (hereinafter “S7 mobile phone camera”); (b) the Defendant and the victim’s gender-related pages during the period from around 14:0 on July 12, 2016.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

2. On July 12, 2016, the Defendant, as seen in the foregoing paragraph 1, sent the Defendant’s sexual act and the victim’s sexual dynamic image using the Defendant’s cell phone F, sent two video files of sexual act to the victim using the Defendant’s cell phone F on July 12, 2016, and then sent one photograph of the victim’s vehicle to the victim, and then distributed the Defendant’s sexual dynamic act to the victim, “the match system is an stude with a thickness to be known.” The Defendant, “Iskyldoathathathathathathathathathathathathathastasts on the website,” and “Isknstastastastastastastastastastasts on the obtained website,” and “Isnstastastastastastastastastastastastastastastast,” without having the victim’s money to the Internet.

Around July 13, 2016, the Defendant got 1,000,000 won to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of the Defendant, and got frightened from the victim who frightened the victim.
