1. On August 14, 2017, around 00:30 on August 14, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim E’s maternity car at an exclusive parking lot located in the area front of the D branch located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, the Defendant attempted to steals the property worth KRW 179,000 in total over 16 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, including: (a) discovered the victim E’s maternity car in the parking lot located in the area front of the D branch located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan; (b) brought the victim’s car in opening a car in the driver’s seat; and (c) brought the proceeds equivalent to the total amount of KRW 5,000 on the part of the victim’s ownership in the vehicle;

2. On August 17, 2017, around 18:30 on August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one of the keys of clothes equivalent to KRW 5,000 in the market price owned by the victim H in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, with at least 18:30 on August 17, 2017.

around June 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the back door of the “Kel” parking lot located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, where the Plaintiff did not correct the car of sod, and brought 33,000 won in cash owned by the victim within that scope; (b) around 02:54, July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (c) opened a door of the “Kel” parking lot located in the Busan-gu, Busan-do; and (d) cut off KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the victim; and (d) removed KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the victim from the land owned by the victim.
