A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeonju District Court on September 16, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 16, 2012.

1. On October 8, 2012, around 19:00 on October 8, 2012, the Defendant ordered the victim D, a business owner of the said shop, to provide food equivalent to 34,000 won at the market price, such as slotju 4 disease, and did not pay the money.

On October 15, 2012, around 22:15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim F to pay money at the “G” general restaurant operated by the Dolsan-si E; (b) by deceiving the victim by ordering the victim; and (c) obtained food equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price, including 9 illness and 2 weeks, from the victim.

3. On October 16, 2012, around 13:30 on October 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim I to pay money in the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Y of Y; (b) by deceiving the victim by ordering the victim; and (c) obtained food equivalent to KRW 18,00,000, such as two diseases of beer and one week from the victim; and (d) acquired it by deception.

On October 16, 2012, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) received food equivalent to KRW 23,000,00 in the market price, such as 1 disease, bottle, and 1 disease, and 23,000, from the victim; (b) received food from the victim as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the money in the “Maat Paat” operated by the victim L, the Defendant, as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the money; and (c)

On October 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim to pay money in the “P Frequency” operated by the Victim O located N in Y in the following cities: (b) deceiving the victim by ordering the victim; and (c) obtained food equivalent to KRW 19,000 at the market price, such as the victim’s 2 disease and the 19,000 per share.
