Defendant
B Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling Aluminum in Mazinum, and Defendant A is a person in general charge of safety and health who actually operates Defendant B.
1. Defendant A
A. On April 7, 2015, Defendant A, at the place of business of Defendant B Co., Ltd., Defendant A, and at the place of business of Defendant B, Defendant A, the victim who was employed by Defendant A, had D (40 years of age) perform the process of screening waste aluminium and the process of melting aluminium.
