Defendant

A on August 24, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced 10 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the above sentence on February 4, 201.

1. On June 22, 201, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected them into the Defendant’s arms, and administered them by injecting them into the Defendant’s arms, from 22:00 to 207, Daegu East-gu Eel207.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 23, 201, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.08 g of psychotropic drugs from B, a psychotropic drug, to B, at a white flue car in B, set up on a road near the Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and sold a penphone by receiving KRW 50,000 from B to the post office account in the name of the Defendant.

B. On May 2, 2011, at around 01:33, the Defendant was to receive KRW 500,000 from B the last 502 of the F hotel in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and sold approximately 0.08 g of philophones.

C. On June 17, 201, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 200,000 from B within the said Leak-gu Gambel road; and (b) sold approximately 0.06g philopon to B.

On June 17, 2011, at around 19:00, the Defendant was to receive KRW 600,000 from B a post office located in the Daegu-gu H Hospital for the last time from B, and then to divide 0.16g of opon into two injection machines, attached under the bottom of a public telephone bed, and then to notify B of the fact.
