Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On September 11, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Daegu Prison on May 19, 2010. Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seog District Court’s Branch Branch on January 21, 2010, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Daegu Prison on April 16, 2010.

3. On June 23, 2011, the Defendant, holding phiphonephones, packaging approximately 9.7513g of phiphones at the H hotel parking lot, as if they were a daily gift, possessed them by means of storing them.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on June 22, 201, the Defendant: (a) provided three-time medication for psychotropic drugs, at a restaurant in which the trade name near the department store of the Eastdong-gu, Daegu, may not be known; and (b) on K, about 0.3 times psychotropic drugs-related Mespopics (one-time Mespopics).
