A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 1, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2,500,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on April 1, 201, and the imprisonment of 10 months and 2 years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seocho Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 1, 2012, and was sentenced to a fine of 2,50,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
