A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu District Court’s territorial branch on October 24, 2006. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more as above, on December 14, 2018, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a Maz car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.176% of blood alcohol concentration from the front side of the “Cdab” in the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and around 200 meters to the front road D.
