1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 24, 2009 and September 10, 2010, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the Defendant C Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) as chronic hepatitis, and the Plaintiff’s father died of liver cell cancer.

B. On April 17, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a request for an in-house border test, arguing that there was an in-depth pain from the Defendant hospital by visiting the hospital.

Accordingly, the medical personnel within the defendant hospital and the medical personnel conducted blood test and the clinical test, and as a result, the result, the medical personnel recommended that the symptoms continue to exist as they prescribed seven-day medicine in the opinion of infection.

(C) On May 6, 2013, the Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant hospital was located frequently, and the medical personnel within the Defendant hospital prescribed medicine, and recommended that they undergo a close inspection, such as taking-off computer, taking-off (CT) when the symptoms continue to exist (hereinafter “the second medical examination”).

On June 24, 2013, the Plaintiff applied for the establishment of the Defendant Hospital, and the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital confirmed the outcome of the pan-presidential shotographing test, and confirmed the opinions of the pan-presidential shotography, and transferred the Plaintiff to the university hospital.

E. On June 25, 2013, at the Ulsan National University Hospital, the Plaintiff confirmed the type of liver cell cancer, and the schina schina in the context thereof. From July 2, 2013 to July 2, 2013, the Plaintiff received the treatment of radioactive rays under the diagnosis of livere, livereculm chemical outline, color schina, and simultaneous schina radioactive rays at the Schina Hospital at the Schina University Hospital at the Schina University (Seoul National University University University).

F. On August 26, 2013, the Plaintiff showed a view of the progress of internal transfer and the phase of the closure, and is currently being affected by liver cancer.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The medical personnel at the Defendant hospital asserted by the Plaintiff is within the normal range of the function value of blood test for the Plaintiff.
