Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding six million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on February 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the windowpane of the cell phone in the Maurel operated by the victim C in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, on the ground that the Defendant’s cell phone was not returned to the victim while using the Maurel on credit; and (b) thereby, the Defendant destroyed the windowpane by generating the cell phone window in the above Maurel amounting to KRW 60,00

2. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on February 23, 2015, on the ground that the victim was refusing credit transaction in front of “G” operated by the victim F in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and caused the Plaintiff to damage the above signboards by cutting off the closed-type signboard, which was set up in front of the above business establishment, with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, in front of the above business establishment.

3. Around 04:00 on February 23, 2015, the Defendant destroyed the knife with the knife of the warehouse entrance knife amounting to KRW 40,00 in the market price owned by the victim, on the ground that the victim C does not open the door at “Del” as stated in paragraph (1).

4. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:20 on February 23, 2015, on the ground that the Victim F was not opening the door in the “G” as stipulated in paragraph (2) of this Article; (b) unloaded a rail rail of the above business site owned by the victim so that the victim F would not open the door; and (c) destroyed the above signboard by breaking up the front door of the victim’s market price, which was continuously installed in front of the above business site, to cover repair costs.
