Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2013, around 05:40 on September 23, 2013, the Defendant, at the entrance of a residential building where the Defendant and the victim C (n, 47 years of age) live together, destroyed the first race that was installed at the entrance and exit of the victim, on the ground that the victim does not open the door.
