A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2012, the Defendant found one two-wheeled automobile number plate which the victim C lost at a place where the location of Osan City is unknown.

The defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the two-wheeled automobile number plate acquired as above to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Around August 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached a two-wheeled automobile number plate, which was embezzled as above, to the rear side of a two-wheeled automobile without authority, without obtaining permission from the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu, at the front parking lot of the Magin 181 Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju High Zone; and (b) attached the two-wheeled automobile number plate to the front side of a two-wheeled automobile without authority.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. Around August 2012, the Defendant used the instant two-wheeled automobile number plate illegally used from the front parking lot of the Mag-dong, Mag-dong, Mag-dong, Magdong-dong, Magdong-dong, Osan-si to 08:30 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant operated the said two-wheeled automobile number plate unlawfully and exercised it.

4. Around 08:00 on August 31, 2012, the Defendant was driving a two-wheeled vehicle owned by the Defendant, who installed a DNA number plate at approximately 5km from the Dogndong parking lot located in 181, Yaju-dong, Yaju-si, Yaju-si, Yaju-si to the front road of the Yaju-si, Yaju-si, Yaju-si, Yaju-si, Yaju-si, the same day from 08:30 on the same day, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol 0.142%.

5. No motor vehicle owner who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road;

The defendant has installed a number plate.
