Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over an automobile violating the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days from the date of acquisition;

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased KRW 1.5 million from a person who was unaware of his name on the road located in the Sinsan-si Steering-dong, Sinsan-si. However, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of the transfer of ownership with the Daegu City Mayor.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of BNEW franchise XG car.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on June 19, 2015, the Defendant operated the above automobile which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the scco real estate agent in front of Samsung-ro 15-ro, Samsung-si around 21:30, 2015.
