1. The judgment of the first instance, including a claim extended or reduced by the Plaintiff in this court and a claim added by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

A building listed in the attached Table 1 list of the building of this case (hereinafter “the building of this case”) is an aggregate building of four underground floors and 13 floors above ground, which was approved for use on June 28, 199.

The building of this case has a total of 10 business facilities (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings and officetels”) on one residential facility, one urban residential house (studio-type) on the second floor on the ground, and a total of 100 business facilities from the third to the sixth floor on the ground (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings and officetels”), and a total of 38 households on the seventh to the third floor on the ground (hereinafter “instant apartment”). The building of this case is a parking lot for the first, second, and third floors, and the underground floor is a machine room, electric room, and parking lot for the fourth floor.

On June 20, 201, the Defendants’ exclusive ownership acquisition and possession F and G of the instant warehouse (hereinafter referred to as “previous owners”) completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to neighborhood living facilities with the first floor reinforced concrete building 1,417m2 (hereinafter referred to as “instant private house or facility”) of this case on June 20, 201, and operated public bath business in the instant private house or facility.

The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 23, 2015, 1/2 equity due to the sale of the instant private bond or facilities by discretionary auction.

The previous owner, among the 1st floor of the instant building that is a section for common use, connected each point of the (A) section of the attached Table 2 drawing No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 in sequence, among the 1st floor of the instant building that is the section for common use, connected each point of the (B) section No. 52.56m2 of the same drawing No. 7, 8, 9, 10, and 7 of the same drawing No. 8.25m25m2 of the warehouse, connected each point of (B) section No. 11, 12, 13, and 11 of the same drawing No. 49.5m2 of the same drawing No. 1, 2014 and the 2nd floor of the instant building No. 98m2, 2012, connected each point of the (D) section No. 49.5m2 of the warehouse or the Defendants of the instant facility.
