1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,601,79 against the Plaintiffs and 5% per annum from June 24, 2014 to February 17, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are corporations that engage in original consignment breeding business under the trade name of Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B, the trade name of Plaintiff B, “F,” and the Defendant is a corporation that produces and sells the panel.

B. In March 201, the Plaintiffs newly built 18 units of buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant buildings”) in order to expand the original consignment breeding business.

The arrangement of each building of this case is as shown in the attached Form 2 (hereinafter “the drawings of this case”).

C. In order to be supplied with a panel necessary for the construction of each of the instant buildings, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase KRW 420,349,90 square meters of “C-45 Vlelele” board with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

The Defendant produced a panel from May 2, 201 to March 27, 2012, and supplied it to the Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as “instant panel”). The Plaintiffs used the instant panel to build the interior walls and ceiling of each building of this case, and each building of this case was completed on September 2012.

Since the lapse of five and six months from the time when the plaintiffs newly built each of the buildings of this case, corrosioned, such as melting around the outer wall of each of the buildings of this case and at the tent of this case.
