1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant B: 9,561,123;
B. Defendant C:25,882,501;
(c) Defendant D, E, and F shall be KRW 25,122,000, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 27, 2015, Defendant D, E, and F entered into a sales contract with the Intervenor’s auxiliary intervenor (hereinafter “Defendant’s auxiliary intervenor”), whereby the Defendant’s auxiliary intervenor would purchase the H 47 square meters and its ground buildings in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, and one-third shares, respectively. On December 28, 2015, Defendant D, E, and F completed the registration of the transfer of ownership by 1/3 shares in each of the said Defendants’ respective shares in respect of the said land and buildings.
B. On August 26, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Defendant B to purchase KRW 16,000,000,000 in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and its ground buildings owned by Defendant C, with the content that the Plaintiff would purchase KRW 114,000,000,000 and KRW 15,000,000,000 in the purchase price between Defendant C and Defendant D, Defendant D, E, E, and F, with each of the above Defendants’ share of KRW 1/3,00,00 in the purchase price, KRW 80,00,00,00 in the purchase price, and KRW 47,00 in the H-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and its ground buildings (hereinafter each of the above land is referred to as “each of the instant land” and each of the instant land is referred to as “each of the instant land”).
On December 29, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff as to each of the instant land.

In order to construct a main complex building on each of the instant lands, soil contamination has been discovered while the Plaintiff was doing construction work on each of the instant lands, and the head of Busan Metropolitan City, the head of which is the head of the Gu in his jurisdiction, ordered the Plaintiff to conduct a detailed soil survey on each of the instant lands pursuant to Article 11 of the Soil Environment Conservation Act and submit a performance report.
E. Since then, the Plaintiff requested N (hereinafter “N”) to conduct a detailed soil survey on each land of this case, and N from December 11, 2017 to December 20, 2017.
