Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant's Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc.: 2016 Man-Ma830] Defendant A is the business owner of Gda in the Eda and in the F of the Jeonsung-gun, Jeonnam-gun. Defendant B is the actual manager of the above Gda.
1. Defendant A
A. On May 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), he/she manages his/her employees and directly receives the price of commercial sex acts, by being aware that A, who is the business owner of the above G G G G G G G G G G 1, has arranged commercial sex acts, with the knowledge that he/she would engage in commercial sex acts as the business owner of the said G G G 1,
