1. Defendant A

A. On May 13, 2017, at around 13:40 on May 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim G on the 5th floor in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, in a e-mail room in which the victim G was negligent in managing the victim; (b) cut off the victim by means of inserting a tension of at least 4,14,000 won in the market price in the display stand, which is equivalent to the sum of 4,100 won in the display stand; (c) half-p 4 punishment (a white 2 punishment, a test color 1 punishment, and a color 1 punishment).

2. On May 20, 2017, around 14:10, the Defendant acquired stolen goods from A without compensation after being aware that the Defendant was a stolen object, as described in paragraph (1), with the knowledge that the Defendant was a stolen object, at least 39,000 won in the market price of the victim K, which was owned by the victim K, and was possessed by the Defendant on the part of L New Airport that was driven by A in front of H in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
