Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 29, 2012, the Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Western District Court of the Red Prison on October 26, 2014.

1. On June 28, 2015, around 02:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 4.1g of psychotropic drugs from E in cash for about 1.2 million won, and purchased psychotropic drugs from E in cash.
2. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant diversed approximately 0.05g of the philophones purchased together with F into two water for one-time injection and injected into their own arms at a telephone room where it is difficult to find out the trade name located at Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Y7:00.
3. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant provided 11:00 to 15:00 to 15:00 with a penphone by giving approximately 0.05g of the penphones purchased as above 1.05g free of charge to women (one-person “I”) whose name cannot be known.

5. On August 24, 2015, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the penphones purchased as set forth in the foregoing 1. The Defendant administered phiphones by drinking in drinking water.
