A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C and D are unemployment owners who jointly operate the F Game Chapter in Gangnam-si E and 2. G and H are the holders of the above game site in the name of the proprietor of the above game site and exchange them to customers. The Defendant is an employee of the game site and the customers, who manage the profits of the game site in general, and I and J are employees who exchange them to customers in the above game site.

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 C, D, G, H, I, J과 공모하여, 2014. 9. 5.부터 2015. 1. 9.까지 위 게임 장에 골드 샷 게임기 40대를 설치한 후 위 게임 장을 찾는 불특정 다수의 손님들이 게임 물의 이용을 통해 획득한 경품권을 경품권 1장 당 수수료 명목으로 500원을 공제하고 4,500원에 환전하여 주었다.
