Reasons
Criminal History (Defendant A)
1. At around 02:00 on March 31, 2013, the Defendants: (a) committed assault against the visitors to the Defendant’s proposal, who had no money during the course of signing a bus terminal around the Busan Seo-gu trigram Law-dong, Busan; and (b) received money from the Defendant’s proposal.

Defendants and E followed the victim, and see E from the surrounding areas, Defendant A took the victim's face once a week, and she used the victim's side gate on the floor.
In addition, Defendant C and Defendant B deducted KRW 2,10,000 in cash after the victim's spawn.
Accordingly, the victim was the victim of the Masan which the defendant C had in order to attach the defendants, and the defendants and E escaped from the place.

2.
