1. The defendant has each point of 37 to 40, and 37 of the attached Form among the area of 9,296 square meters in Seo-gu, Incheon.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff B is the owner of D 9,296 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) and delegated the Plaintiff with the right to lease and the right to manage the instant land to the Plaintiff. Plaintiff A is the owner of each of the instant land (hereinafter “the instant land”) in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and 1,98 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land No. 2”) and F 2,812 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”).
B. On March 5, 2015, G determined that KRW 500 of the instant land No. 1 as the lease deposit KRW 10 million and KRW 700,000 per month of rent (hereinafter “instant land lease”) from Plaintiff A and transferred the instant land lease right to the Defendant around July 2015.

As described in Paragraph (1), while taking over the right to lease the land of this case from G, additional 500 square meters out of the land of this case with Plaintiff A agreed to lease KRW 10 million and monthly rent of KRW 800,000 among the land of this case. In the process, the sum of KRW 500 which is the object of the right to lease the land of this case and KRW 500,000 among the land of this case No. 2, the sum of KRW 20,000,000 and KRW 150,000,000,000,000,000 per month, from August 5, 2015 to August 5, 2017, the lease contract of this case was concluded with Plaintiff A (hereinafter “the lease contract of this case”).
The Defendant paid KRW 10 million to the Plaintiff according to the instant lease agreement. G paid KRW 10 million to the Plaintiff on the basis of the instant lease agreement, and decided to substitute the deposit under the instant lease agreement with the Plaintiff as KRW 10 million.
E. From August 18, 2015 to April 29, 2017, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 12,50,000,000 to the monthly rent as follows.
