1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the 318 square meters of the Audio-gun Co., Ltd. 318 square meters, each of the following is indicated in the annexed drawings 2, 3, 4, 25, 24, 15, 16, and 2.

Basic Facts
On April 15, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on April 14, 2014, with respect to shares 218/318 among the instant land No. 1 and shares 1225/1785 among the instant land No. 2.
Since May 31, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on May 13, 2016 with respect to shares 100/318 among the instant land No. 1 and shares 560/1785 among the instant land No. 2.
From around 195, the Defendant owns a building not yet registered (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) on the ground of 90 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) that connects each point of the attached drawing Nos. 2, 3, 4, 25, 24, 15, 16, and 2 among the land No. 1 in this case and the land No. 2 in the attached drawing No. 15, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 19, 14, and 15, which connects each point of the attached drawing No. 15, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 15 among the land No. 2 in this case.
