The first instance court.

1. The reasoning for the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the plaintiff under Section 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be deemed to be "the plaintiff under Section 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance"; (b) the "other than the plaintiff under Section 9" shall be deemed to be "other than the plaintiff under Section 9; and (c) the "one" under Sections 1 through 8 of the evidence A under Articles 16 through 17 shall be deemed to have been simply nominal in trust under the overall purport of the pleadings; and (d) the same part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance shall be deemed to have been stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for deletion.

2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
