A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

3. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant obscenity sent the victim’s cell phone 23:25, at the same place as the victim’s cell phone 23:25 around June 14, 2017, the phrase “I am off, I am back, I am back, I am back.”

Accordingly, the Defendant’s communication media with a view to meeting his sexual desire through five times as above.
