A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the "C (State)" located in the B/D 105 of the Kim Sea-si, who carries on transportation services, such as lease of chartered buses.

The Defendant leased 8 buses for field experience study to Busan East Women's Middle School. In the case of elementary, middle and high schools that ordinarily intend to rent chartered buses, the Defendant demanded that a vehicle be loaded within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students. However, as the number of one vehicle meeting the above conditions is insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant changed the registration certificate, which is required documents, as if it were a vehicle within five years from the date of delivery, to submit it to the school.

1. Around May 13, 2013, the Defendant modified the official document by inserting the D registration certificate, which is an official document, at the office of the above company, using the “Adbe”, which is a document editing program, as “05 July 04, 2005” and “2005” in the first registration date, as “2010”, and deleted the “the term of validity of inspection” from July 4, 2009 to July 3, 2010 to “302,548 km”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered one copy of the registration certificate under the name of the Director of Kimhae-si Office for Registration of Motor Vehicles.
