A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court for the illegal use of air defense and for the same event, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 1, 2015.

After purchasing smartphones from B, C, D, and cellphones, the Defendant conspired with the profits of selling.

The defendant living together with the first floor in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the second floor in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the second floor in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the defendant advertised by spraying small leaflets with the contents of "All smartphones purchase, G, and H on the day without complying with the question guidance, or posting such contents to I JC, etc., by setting the purchase price and method of the smartphones, and then directly communicate with the person who reported the advertisement and purchase the smartphones, and by deciding the purchase price and method of the smartphones, B, C, and D will play the role of advertising as above, or purchasing the smartphones and bringing them to the defendant by visiting the person who reported the advertisement or purchasing the smartphones.

On September 12, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, purchased at KRW 100,000,00,000, even though he/she was aware of the fact that the victim’s market value of “HTCD” in the bus stop seat was a stolen charge of KRW 1 million.

In addition, from that to April 2013, the stolens were acquired habitually over 13 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.
