A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

3. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at JMotour rooms (hophones), located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and diversizing them with water, and then injecting them into arms.
